Newpk Terms & Conditions — Full Rules in Bangla

Newpk is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. The platform offers Sports Betting, lottery, casino games, and other online gaming services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international gaming regulations. By using newpk's services, you confirm that you will comply with all relevant laws.

1.1 Definition of Services

• Sports Betting: Place bets on cricket, football, tennis, and other sports.
• Lottery: Participation in online lotteries and raffles.
• Live Betting: Place bets in real time while a match is in progress.
• Virtual Sports: Betting on computer-generated sports events.

Opening an account with newpk is completely free. However, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before you can start using the service.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Provide accurate personal information — full name, date of birth, and address.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person, or having someone else open one for you, is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided is found to be false, your account will be suspended.

2.2 KYC Verification

A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted before your first withdrawal or for any deposit exceeding ৳10,000. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

The minimum age to participate on newpk is 18. This is one of our strictest policies and is enforced without exception under any circumstances.

We advise parents to use parental control software to prevent their children from accessing newpk. Please contact us if you become aware of any suspicious accounts.

Newpk supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are encrypted and secure.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad).
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by your account level.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from a third party's account are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually reflected in your balance within 5 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Additional security verification may apply to your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Rejected Transactions

Newpk reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal under the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification is incomplete.
• While an investigation into suspicious or fraudulent activity is ongoing.
• If the bonus rollover requirements have not been met.
• If there is an issue with account verification.

The following rules must be observed when betting on newpk. These rules apply equally to all members.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except via the cash-out feature.
• All bets must be placed before the match begins (except for live betting).
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, newpk reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded.

5.2 Odds Change Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, the original odds remain valid even if the odds change afterwards. However, if the odds change before confirmation and the system has not yet updated, the correct odds will apply.

5.3 Abandoned Matches

• If a cricket match is shortened due to rain, the result will be determined by the DLS method.
• If less than 50% of a match has been completed at the time of abandonment, bets will generally be voided.

Newpk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before participating.

6.1 Rollover Requirements

Rollover means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Example: ৳1,000 bonus with 10x rollover = ৳10,000 in bets required.

6.2 Bonus Cancellation Scenarios

• Using bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Coordinated betting activity intended to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to meet rollover requirements by placing only bonus-friendly bets.
• If the rollover is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newpk platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

Newpk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

8.1 Temporary Suspension

• Additional documents are required for KYC verification.
• Unusual betting activity is under investigation.
• When self-exclusion is activated at the member's request.
• If a security breach is suspected.

8.2 Permanent Closure

• If a rule violation is found.
• If the account holder is found to be involved in fraudulent activity.
• If an account is registered under a false identity.
• By court order.

Newpk is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy betting within their limits, without it having any negative impact on their life.

Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for at least 24 hours.

If you feel that betting is becoming a problem, please use the self-exclusion feature. During the self-exclusion period, newpk will not send you any marketing communications and you will not be eligible for any bonuses.

Newpk takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We never sell your data to any third party.

11.1 Complaint Process

1. Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
2. You will receive an initial response within 48 hours of your complaint being received.
3. Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may proceed to independent mediation.

11.2 Final Decision

Newpk's decision shall be considered final; however, members retain the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority. In the event of a technical error, log records will be reviewed.

Newpk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please contact us to close your account.
